Lower Body Exercises to Get a Smaller Butt

Many women very unsatisfied with their big butt, so they are struggle to make it smaller. There are numerous exercises that they can do to trim down the butt. However, here are several lower body exercises that may help you and many other women to have a beautiful small bump. Once you have a sexy butt you want, you will look more gorgeous and boost your confidence as well.

Step Ups

It is an easy and effortless workout to perform at your home. Just prepare a platform, or maybe if you have stairs, you can use the step. The motion is so simple, only with pushing through your heel in order to lift your body up. It is one of the effective exercises to get a smaller butt, as a beginner you may work to a higher step.

When you are doing this workout, you need to focus all your weight on your stepping leg. So, lower down slowly and hardly put the toes of another leg to the floor. Once you perform it slow and focus on the working leg, you will get the best benefit from this workout.

Squats

This exercise is the best workout for your hips, thigh and butt. It is also helping you to boost strength for various daily activities. First, stand with your feet hip-width apart, hold your weight at the shoulder level or perhaps your side. Then, bend your knees along with lower into a squat. Ensure that you keep the knees behind the toes. Just imagine that you stick out your bump behind you. Keep the torso straight and contracted. When you want to stand up, press your weight into the heels. You can replicate this exercise for 2-3 sets with 8-16 reps.

Kickboxing

The kickboxing is not effective for butt, hips and thigh, but it works for whole body. By doing front kicks, side kicks, and back kicks, you will strengthen the muscles of your thighs, hips and butt. But, if you also perform the complete combination that consists of punches, you will make your belly stronger. 45 minutes of kickboxing, a woman may burn up to 500 calories.
